4 Day Speed and Agility Camp.

All Athletes/Sports are invited to participate. Hosted by former NFL player Darnerien McCants

Date: June 12^th – 15^th

Time: 6-8PM – Location TBD

Price: $175.00.

This Camp is for All athletes that will play on a large field and will benefit from speed training. This includes lacrosse, soccer, field hockey, football, hockey, baseball, basketball, and track.

Coach McCants specializes in sports performance training.  The focus will be speed and agility, developing the proper techniques for athletes to maximize speed, strength, and explosion to play fast.

4 Day Youth Wide Receiver, Defensive Back and Quarterback Camp. 

Hosted by former NFL player Darnerien McCants

Date: July 24^th – 27^th

Time: 6-8PM – Location TBD

Price:  $175.00.

Camp Focuses – Wide Receiver - focus will be on Stance, Starts, Line of Scrimmage Release, Rout Running, Hand Eye Coordination, Speed, Agility, and Ball Drills.  Defensive Backs - focus will be on Off Man/Zone Coverage, Stance, Breaks, Leverage Concepts, Transitional Footwork Development, Top and Trail Technique. Quarter Backs - focus will be on the Fundamentals of the Position, Throwing Mechanics, Receiving Snap from Center, and QB Drills.

PVI is excited to continue the new era of football excellence, welcoming all boys with an interest in football to come and learn from the incredible staff at our brand-new state-of-the-art facility. Our camp includes drills for further development, which are customized for each individual position. Camp will also feature the following:

- 7 on 7 tournament

- Speed & agility Drills and competitions

- Tour of our new facility and Introduction to weightlifting technique

- Punt-Pass-Kick and QB accuracy competition

- Positional skill work (skill positions, linemen, QBs, and kickers/punters)
