Current DYS and former SoLo Participants

Registration for grades 2-12 is now closed and our winter program has begun!

This winter, South Loudoun Basketball (SoLo) will be moving to Dulles Youth Sports (DYS); 2022-2023 player registration for grades 2-12 is now open. 

The only thing changing is the name and 501c3 entity under which we play!  As DYS Basketball, we will continue to offer the same great basketball opportunities for our young hoopers:

• Developmental, Recreational, and HS program for grades 2-12;
• Select program for grades 4-5;
• Middle School Travel program for grades 6-8;
• Off-Season training/travel program;
• And training opportunities with local HS coaches and professional trainers. 

South Loudoun Basketball (SoLo) has served the communities in South Loudoun and the surrounding areas for almost 2 decades, providing opportunities for players of all ages to grow their skills and love for the sport. Dulles Youth Sports (DYS) has similarly served the same communities by providing a diverse offering of sports, including football, cheer, wrestling, volleyball, golf, softball, track and cross-country. Many of our families have enjoyed playing for both Solo and DYS.

The overwhelming majority of the SoLo board is moving to DYS to make sure we continue to successfully execute one of the largest and best basketball programs in NOVA!

Lastly, we want to take this moment to express our profound thanks and gratitude to Bill Morris, who has decided to retire after 18 years! Bill began this league by registering player’s in-person at McDonalds, and now its approaching 2400 players annually.  A huge thanks to Bill for all he has done for our community!
