All girls are required to provide their own stick, goggles and mouthpiece.  Athletic cleats are strongly encouraged, but not required.  Equipment can be bought at Dick's Sporting Goods, Lax World, etc... (a few choices are listed below).  Most stores offer a package of stick and goggles.  Prices - especially on sticks - can range from about $30 to almost $200.  Any of the sticks are fine and offer the same essentials.  Over time players may develop a preference for certain types/brands, but we recommend that the less expensive sticks are more appropriate for beginners and younger players.

Note there is no difference between girls and womens sticks - they are the same.  However, you may see the "Fiddle Sticks" which are very small.  Some may have these at home; we do not utilize these in our program, even at the U7 Mini-Scoopers age.  We recommend starting with a regular stick (we may have you cut the pole).
