Dulles South Youth Volleyball
Information

Players should come to practice…
·        Dressed to exercise (shorts or sweats)
·        Hair pulled back. Girls should not have hard headbands or barrettes.
·        Wearing sneakers (mandatory). A ‘court’ style will provide the best support, and help prevent any ankle injuries.
·        With water bottle
 
Not required but recommended…

·        Volleylite balls (for elementary age players) or Regulation indoor balls (for experienced of middle school players) can be purchased at Dicks
·        Volleyball knee pads can be purchased at Dicks
