Dulles Youth Sports is proud to sponsor Coach Darnerien McCants 4 Day Speed and Agility Camp.  Date of the Camp is June  12th – 15th.  Camp time is from 6-8PM Location TBD. Price for the Camp is $175.00.

Coach - Darnerien McCants NFL Vet, with over a decade of personal training in Loudoun County and the DC, Maryland area. He has been the sprint coach for Briar Woods and Rockridge and now DYS Thunder. 

This Camp is for All athletes that will play on a large field and will benefit from speed training. This includes lacrosse, soccer, field hockey, football, hockey, baseball, basketball, and track.

Coach McCants specializes in sports performance training.  The focus will be speed and agility, developing the proper techniques for athletes to maximize speed, strength, and explosion to play fast.

Dulles Youth Sports is proud to sponsor Coach Darnerien McCants 4 Day Youth Wide Receiver, Defensive Back and Quarterback Camp.  Date of the Camp is July  24th – 27th .   Camp time is from 6-8PM at Location TBD. Price for the Camp is $175.00.

Camp Focuses – Wide Receiver - focus will be on Stance, Starts, Line of Scrimmage Release, Rout Running, Hand Eye Coordination, Speed, Agility, and Ball Drills.  Defensive Backs - focus will be on Off Man/Zone Coverage, Stance, Breaks, Leverage Concepts, Transitional Footwork Development, Top and Trail Technique. Quarter Backs - focus will be on the Fundamentals of the Position, Throwing Mechanics, Receiving Snap from Center, and QB Drills.
